Sounds boring? Maybe.But try chasing dreams while running on 4 hours of sleep and energy drinks. Doesn't work

• Toxic friendships that drain energy

• Netflix binges at 2 AM
Stop saying:
• "I'll start Monday"

Fresh start = fresh choices. Don't drag the old mess into the new chapter.

Pick something valuable. Something people will pay for or respect you for.
Spend 1-2 hours daily learning it. YouTube,books, courses, doesn't matter.Just be consistent.

Feed the mind quality content, or it'll eat itself alive with worry.
